You are doing a project that involves a lot of processes.
Process 1 : You want to get the factors affecting your company's decision
whether to pursue or stop making business .
Process 2: You want to get your gazillion information
Process 3: You want to start making an analysis, conclusions and recommendations out of the information
And so on and so forth..
What if for all of the given processes, you missed or miscalculated something important or you got sick while doing the analysis and the company needs the accurate decision-support information? What if you have got what the company is/are looking for that will lead to the closure of the company? What if its a break-even scenario?
Effectiveness or Efficiency? Market driven?
Situations like *these might trigger gargantuan companies (especially those which produce consumer goods) to push up their prices in order to get a high margin or cope up with their costs. This then might trigger a skyrocketing of prices for consumer goods. Then wage hike. Then regulation of prices. Then Increase in the price. Then wage hike. Then regulation.Then.. again and again.
